Wanted: Motivated and Experienced Sales Reps

Green Visions, a new and unique spa manufacturing and online retail boutique, specializing in Organic and Natural bath spa
products. Despite of the challenging economy, our company is growing. We are currently selling our products at Whole Foods stores,
Spas, Salons, Gift Shops, and Mercantile stores.

We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals who truly enjoys being around the spa and beauty industry. This job is 100%
sales commission, plus bonuses. There are many opportunities for you to market our spa products to: natural food stores, spas, resorts,
salons, massage therapists, holistic practitioners, hotels, boutiques, mercantile and gift stores, individuals, events, etc.

Work hours are flexible, depending on your clients build up, and the more clients you build, the higher your income will increase. We
are seeking individuals who possess some knowledge in Business Management or Marketing, and has some familiarity with
cosmetics, primarily spa products. Most of the work can be done via telecommuting, so you must have your own computer, fax
machine, and LAN line. Social Media Networking knowledge is a huge plus!

SUMMARY

Sale Representatives are responsible for all Green Visions Spa Therapy sales, activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage
quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
*Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
*Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
*Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
*Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
*Manage sales goals and forecast on a monthly basis.
*Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
*Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
*Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
*Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
*Identify and resolve client concerns.
*Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
*Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field
activity to appropriate company staff.
*Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
*Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and events.
*Follow-up for collection of payment.
*Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

*Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
*Experience in telephone sales or business development with proven track record of achieving revenue quota.
*Knowledge of business organizational structures.
*Attention to detail Able to be alert in a high-risk environment; follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation
and data; concentrate on routine work details and organize and maintain a system of records.
*Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. *Ability to create, compose, and edit written
materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
*Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
*Planning, Prioritizing and Goal Setting: able to prepare for emerging customer, needs; manage multiple projects; determine project
urgency in a meaningful and practical way; use goals to guide actions and create detailed action plans; organic and schedule
people and tasks.
*Relationship Management - Able to develop rapport with others and recognize their concerns and feelings; build and maintain
long-term associations based on trust; help others and handle all situations honestly.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions: Jobs performed by Sales Reps may be performed via telecommute, during Sales Rep’s own schedule, not to
exceed 40 hour per week. Sales Reps will provide own forms of transportation, communication and office equipment to market and
sell Green Visions products. Work may require significant local travel and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Rate of Pay: Sales Reps will earn commission rate of $50 for every $200 or more of sales they process, plus 10% re-order sales, or $25 for
every sale under $100, plus 10% re-order sales. It is entirely up to the Sales Rep to follow up with each and every client they establish,
in order to gain the 10% re-order commission pay. Sales Reps who sell items over $500 for each client, will automatically receive a
$100 bonus. Mileage reimbursement will be provided and discussed.
